STACHYs grew out of the curiosity to make new food products out of under-utilized crops native to the Nigerian/West African climate and we are looking for graduate students either just begining or in the early stages of their post-graduate program interested in partnering with our pilot R&D project

Our emphasis is on play,experiment and innovation
